Mike is the Head of Intelligence Services at Truesec, where he leads complex intelligence engagements and delivers bespoke solutions to clients across the private sector, military, law enforcement, and government. With extensive experience in intelligence operations, program management, and team building, Mike is a sought-after advisor known for his creative and analytical approach to solving challenging problems. Prior to joining Truesec, he held senior roles at Foresights AB and served 27 years in the Danish Armed Forces in operational and intelligence capacities, including Special Operations.

At Truesec, I work at the intersection of intelligence, cybersecurity, and decision-making. My foundation in intelligence was built during military service, where I experienced how operational success depends on structured analysis, creative thinking, and the courage to act on well-assessed insights. That mindset continues to shape my approach to cyber threat intelligence today. I specialize in transforming complex threat data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Intelligence, in my view, is not about telling organizations what to do, it is about presenting clear options, reducing uncertainty, and enabling confident action in high-pressure environments. With hands-on experience in investigative tooling, adversary analysis, and technical security challenges, I bridge the gap between tactical technical detail and strategic impact. My focus is practical application: helping organizations understand who is targeting them, how they operate, and what decisions will most effectively reduce risk. I am particularly passionate about: • Intelligence-led cybersecurity • Operationalizing threat intelligence • Translating analysis into decision advantage • Strengthening resilience in rapidly evolving threat landscapes
