Peter Vejlgaard
Partner and Co-Head of Corporate Finance, EY Denmark
Peter is co-Head of the M&A and Corporate Finance activity in Denmark which is part of the global Corporate Finance team with +2500 employees. He has 20 years of M&A experience. Prior to joining EY in 2017, Peter had similar positions at leading Investment Banks in the Nordics. Peter has a Master Degree in Accounting and Finance from CBS.

Jon is a Partner with EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance where he focuses on advising clients with M&A decisions. He has more than 20 years of M&A experience within Consumer & Retail, Business Services, Industrial Products and Manufacturing. Prior to joining EY, Jon had leading positions in similar investment banks in the Nordics. Jon holds a M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School including exchange programs to the US (University of Wisconsin, Madison) and Singapore (Singapore Institute of Management).
